I explored the Flikr Color picker which was neat.
My daughter wanted me to spell her name with the Spell with Flikr. She had a good time changing thimages over and over in her name

I made a mosaic picture with the Mosaic Maker.

All of these would be useful for projects in the classroom. My students could find pictures that go along with a topic in Social Studies to make a mosaic or to spell a word with pictures. Are these sites blocked by the school district?
I am not being successful at transferring the things I make to my blog.

The Flickr spell is lots of fun and has great applications for students. Why don't you try to see if you can get your pictures to appear on your blog instead of a link?
You may need to find the html code like you did with your avatar.
